The St. Charles Mardi Gras Parade on Valentine’s Day  this year had a bigger attendance of cars than in the past, despite the cold weather.  We had some creative ways to decorate our cars, and funny hats were worn by some of the drivers. The club did purchase some beads for us to throw to the crowd. Hint: We need lots more beads next year !! Even though the crowds weren't as large this year it has always been a lot of fun, and the people who stood along the parade route love seeing the cars.

Afterwards we went to El Tio Pepe  for a good meal and visiting. You should make a point to join us next year.
